Feedback from clients
“Taynia Pemberton has been absolutely superb - she has a very personable manner and explains the legal terms very well so I can understand them and make well informed decisions - thank you so much for all your help ”
“(What did you like best?): Reassuringly helpful, clear and friendly advice from Taynia Pemberton ”
“In dealing with JWS in other professional matters I was impressed with the level of service I noticed in their work. They seemed have the experience I needed for this family matter going forward and had a small firm mentality (but with the required experience) that I wanted for my parents not to be overwhelmed”
“Engaging a solicitor to write one’s will is a non-trivial expense; however, when reluctantly confronting the prospect of my own mortality, and finding I needed to ask myself multiple “what if...” questions, discussing the options with an experienced professional helped to clarify my mind and find a practical solution which I would not otherwise have thought of. Taynia took the time to understand my wishes, and to answer my subsequent questions. It was a pleasure to deal with her both on the phone and in person; she responded promptly to all my emails, and was patient when I was not equally prompt!”
