PRACTICE AND IT MANAGER
As our practice and IT manager, Richard is responsible for keeping everything at the office working smoothly - from maintaining our case management and accounts systems, phones, archives, accreditations, insurance, training, to pinning up noticeboards and fixing staplers.
Training
Richard has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Sussex and for his dissertation he designed, built, and studied a tesla turbine to consider the feasibility of using recycled diesel lorry exhaust fumes to power a turbocharger and reduce fuel expenditure while accelerating.
Outside the office
Richard is a keen gamer and writes and maintains World of Warcraft guides as a freelancer for a popular website.
